New Long- and short Term Research Grants

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is pleased to announce the Research Grants-Doctoral and Research Grants– Short-Term Programmes in Germany for the academic year 2019/2020.

The target groups are Egyptian freelancers, applicants from Egyptian ministries, Egyptian university staff member of the private universities and private research institutions, university staff members of Egyptian public universities, who are not following the mission’s department plan.

Applicants should not be eligible to apply to GERLS or GERSS.

 Research Grants-Doctoral Programmes in Germany

Call for application starts: 1st August 2018

The doctoral Program is provided to excellently-qualified young academics and scientists who have completed a Master’s degree or Diplom, or in exceptional cases a Bachelor’s degree at the latest by the time they begin their grant-supported research.

The target groups are Egyptian freelancers, applicants from Egyptian ministries, Egyptian university staff member of the private universities and private research institutions, university staff members of Egyptian public universities, who are not following the mission’s department plan. (For details about the missions’ plan please refer to the following website of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the missions’ plan: http://www.mohe-casm.edu.eg)

The aim of this grant programme is to support doctoral projects in Germany.
