The DAAD Regional Offices Cairo and Nairobi are delighted to announce an Alumni Conference entitled “Decolonizing Knowledge – Amplifying an African identity” which is organized within the framework of the well-established “CAIROBI Talks”, an annual event series for the alumni from the Nile basin countries.

This conference aims at creating an interdisciplinary sphere where DAAD Alumni and our distinguished partners can exchange their experiences, ideas and knowledge with regard to the above-mentioned topic.

This year’s “CAIROBI Talks” is going to take place on June 8th, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. – 3:10 p.m. and on June 9th, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Cairo Local Time).

The event is organized in a virtual format via DAAD Event app.
