The public lecture aims to shed light on the following perspectives:
- Exploring how lifestyle decisions—such as food, movement, and living environments—affect both individual health and the planet.
- Sharing insights into the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), their health and economic impact, and the importance of prevention through healthy living.
- Showcasing evidence-based strategies from psychology to foster sustainable habits in sleep, stress, and physical activity.
The online public lecture include the following talks:

“Healthy for People and Planet? Aligning Health Behaviours with Planetary Health” by Dr. Karim Abu-Omar, Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Germany.

“Fundamental Aspects of a Healthy Lifestyle and Modifiable Risk Factors for NCDs” by Dr. Mohamed Elgamal, Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Egypt.

“Habit Formation for Better Health Behaviour Change” by Dr. Hatem Elbanna, Faculty of Sport Science, Mansoura University, Egypt and ESLSCA University, Egypt.
