Studying abroad is not an easy step to take, neither for parents nor for students. Luckily, the DAAD supports you and your child during this challenge! Download the DAAD brochure below to find out everything you need to know.

As a parent, many questions having your child move abroad for university studies can be worrying and comes along with many questions: For instance, where will he/she live? How much money shoul we, as parents, provide them with per month? Which university should they enroll at? Would they be able to work beside their studies? What if they get sick? How would they be treated in the university as a foreign student?

The DAAD is keen to answer the above-mentioned questions and to clarify other concerns raised by parents.

In this brochure, you will learn more about the benefits of studying abroad and why Germany is the right choice for your children to pursue their studies. Get to know some success stories told by DAAD alumni and their parents.

This brochure is published in several languages to target not only students who are interested to continue their study abroad but also their parents who want to make sure that their children will be safe and sound abroad.

The brochure is available in German, English and Arabic.
